Welcome to Business & Financial Systems

Business & Financial Systems (BFS) provides functional and technical support for many of WWU’s business systems.  While interacting with central IT (Enterprise Application Services (EAS) and Enterprise Infrastructure Services (EIS)), the BFS team provides problem resolution, defect reporting, upgrade testing, programming request submission/testing, table change submission/testing, documentation, training, and analysis for business process improvements.
